Shipping policy

Digital Products

Products sold in our shop that are digital in nature and delivered online,  will not have a shipping cost added to them. 

Products are delivered digitally through Shopify and available immediately after purchase. After purchase, you will find a link to download your purchase(s) on the order confirmation page. Just click the blue "Download now" button.

Additionally, a download link to access your purchase will be delivered to you via email through the email address you provided in your order.

Physical Products

Physical products will be shipped from 3rd party vendors (books, mugs, clothing) or from the offices of The Purposeful Pantry (magnets, stickers, checklists). 

Postage is determined by your location and item, and is priced with every order up front, not after the sale has been made. 

Books, mugs and clothing items usually ship between 1-3 weeks, depending on the season. Magnets, checklists and stickers are mailed within two business days, and are shipped worldwide.
